What is my guarantee and refund?
You can return unused and undamaged goods free of charge within 14 days for a full refund.
How can I redeem a discount coupon?
Discount coupons can be redeemed by inserting the discount coupon in your cart before completing your order.
How can I take advantage of installment sales?
Installment sales are handled by COFIDIS. You can check the approximate instalment amount for each product by clicking on the instalment calculator. In the shopping cart, you can choose this payment method by ticking the box with the company logo “Cofidis – instalment sales”. You will then be redirected to the COFIDIS platform where the approval process will take place with you. MISURA has no influence on this process, which is internal and exclusively between the buyer and COFIDIS
How can I pay for the goods?
Orders can be paid on delivery, by bank transfer, by credit card or by online instalment sales.

Can I track the location of my package?
Yes, you can track the exact location of each shipment using the number we send you after you place your order at ppl.cz/en, dpd.com, zasilkovna.cz/en
Are the delivery charges final?
Yes, all shipping prices quoted are final and we do not charge any additional shipping or handling fees.
Can I send the package to another address?
Yes, just select “Send to another delivery address” and fill in the postal details.
Do you also deliver orders abroad?
Yes, we currently deliver to all countries in the European Union. Just choose from the list of countries. Please contact us if we are not able to order shipping with your chosen shipping method.
How can I return the purchased goods?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods you have purchased, unused goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and your money will be refunded in full. Returns are subject to our terms and conditions of sale and returns policy. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories supplied, if any.
Return procedure:
1. Contact us via one of the preset forms in the Returns and Complaints section.
2. Fill in all the necessary information regarding your order you want to return.
3. Pack the goods in a sturdy package so that they are not damaged on delivery. Please do not send us cash on delivery.
4. Complaints, exchanges and returns can only be dealt with once we have received the goods and the complaints procedure has been properly initiated. Goods will be inspected upon receipt.
5. Money will be refunded by bank transfer to your account or credit to your credit card.

How is the delivery done?
Delivery is based on the method of ordering. We deliver products to all countries within the selection in our shop. For more details use: Postage and shipping
Complaint procedure, replacement of goods
All products purchased in our online shop are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and warranty. We will visually inspect each item before dispatch. Please notify us of any damage or incompleteness as soon as possible after delivery. When claiming goods, the defect must be documented. Send us a description and photos of the defect to [email protected]. For an alternative method of returning, exchanging or claiming the goods by sending them to our address (without using the automated Returns and Claims section):

Please do not send us cash on delivery. Complaints, exchanges and returns can only be dealt with after we have received the goods and properly initiated the complaints procedure. Goods will be inspected upon receipt and the complaint procedure will be resolved usually within 15 working days. You can track the progress of a claim in your account under the Claims tab.

It is important that you know that we process the personal data you provide to us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Are you the manufacturer of your products?
YES, MISURA is the manufacturer and distributor of the manufacturer. Products are created and developed based on MISURA’s ideas and related patents. The product is therefore completely unique.
Is it possible that I have seen your product in the distribution networks of ALZA, MALL, Electroworld, Datart and others?
YES, MISURA products are part of the product portfolio of all large distribution networks in the Czech Republic. The products can be ordered through the MISURA Eshop: Misura Monitors or through these distribution networks.
